About the school: At Whitley Elementary, we believe that it takes parents, teachers and the community working together to guide, motivate and ensure that students are equipped academically and socially. We firmly believe that all students are capable for learning, however, pace and timeframes may vary.  

At Whitley, we believe that we learn best from our peers. Teachers are encouraged to collaborate and observe teachers on their grade level and across grade levels to produce students who are college and career ready.

Whitley Elementary's faculty is K-3 Science of Reading Trained. We have one National Board Certified Teacher and two more who are in the process of achieving NBCT certification.
