About the school: Turner is a hidden gem serving the rural communities of Semmes and Wilmer.   The family atmosphere at Turner is our biggest strength!  

We offer a wide variety of activities for our students to help them succeed, including Math Club, STEM Club,  4H Club, Art Club, Broadcasting, Cheer, Archery, Basketball, Volleyball, and Choir.  Individual and groups of students have won various awards including: MCPSS Learning Leading Award (twice), Red Ribbon Award, STEM Competition, Mobile United Student Leader, and several i-Ready awards. 

Each and every day, we strive for excellence through community involvement, academic learning, and extracurricular activities.
