About the school: Dodge is a Leader in Me School. This program promotes leadership and responsibility for all students and staff. We also participate in the Ron Clark Academy House System. All students and staff become a member of one of four houses and remain with that House for the duration of their time at Dodge. 

Our students have won several awards this year, including the Mobile United Student Leader of the Month and the MCPSS Learning Leading student award. 

Dodge has a Robotics team, Math team, Archery team and Dance/Cheer team that all compete with other schools.

Our philosophy is that everyone is a leader, and everyone has a voice. Our Lighthouse Team leads the school, and all faculty members are part of a learning community. Our House System promotes teamwork and collaboration between student and adults. Our intermediate students act as Classroom Buddies for the primary students, helping with academics as well a schoolwide celebration activities. 

We take part in Project Lead the Way. Teachers participate in ongoing professional development. Teachers also have opportunities to attend conferences and training based on their individual needs. 

Dodge prides itself in a positive, student centered environment. We believe in working hard toward both academic and personal goals, as well a in celebrating our achievements!
